If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us. If we learn a message came from someone under 18, we will reply only through a parent or guardian and then delete it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we delete it if we find it.

To respond to your message, to evaluate whether we can represent you, and to keep records the NFLPA and state athlete agent laws require us to keep. We may keep contact records for as long as applicable policies and laws require.

We use reputable providers and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

If a breach affects your information, we will notify you.
